2 Chapter 1 - Quic k Star t Overview This chapter summar izes ho w to install the LP-E Card software f or P ock et PCs and Windows CE-based P alm-size PCs, Handheld Pros, o r pen tab lets. I t assumes you are f amiliar with network settings and the de vices you are using.
Quick Start Pocket PCs 3 4 Run SETUP from the CD-R OM. NOTE: I f asked to confirm f ile r eplaci ng, choose Ye s t o A l l . 5 When downloading is complete, clic k OK . 6 Reset your P oc ket PC to load the new softw are. 7 When Setup is complete, clic k OK and rem ov e your P ock et PC from its cradle .

By default, ActiveSync star ts whenev er yo u inser t the LP-E Card. T o prev ent this, or to ru n a diff erent program when y ou inser t the card, use T argus’ LP-E Card Applet.
