5 Product Features How the Scale Determines Y our Auto Goal W eight During the programming process, y ou will enter your height. Once your height is entered, the scale automatically suggests your ideal goal w eight corresponding to a Body Mass Inde x (BMI).
6 Setting (resetting) personal data in memory The unit can be operated only if data has been progr ammed into one of the personal data memories. Place your scale on a flat, even floor . Y ou will need to measure y our current weight during this process.
