ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Remove outsid e crat e and set pa rts aside. 2. Remove sm all compon ents and ident ify each pi ece. 3. Raise front hit ch, using cauti on to prevent latch f rom being b ent. (Figure 1 ) 4. Latch hit ch to wagon. 5. Align holes in fr ame and install 3/8-16X1 ” Hex Head bolt and lock nuts.

VACUUM AND EMPTY • Insp ect the Lawn Vacuum to m ake sure al l cover s, tailgate, d eck adapte r, elbow, hose adapter, and hose are pro perly atta ched. • C heck tires for prop er inflati on. • C heck oil and gas in vacuum and lawn tra ctor engines.
VACUUM MAINTE NANCE CAUTION! ALWAYS STOP ENGINE AND DISCONNECT SPARK PLUG WIRE BEFORE MAKING ANY ADJUSTMENTS AND/OR REPAIRS. • Replace the spark pl ug at t he beginnin g of each m owing season. • Ke ep the air clean er free of debr is. • Change the oil afte r the first 5 hours of operation t hen chan ge the oil every 25 hours of operation.
