4 Installation 4.7ft - 5.2ft / 145 - 160cm Step 1: It is recommended t o use a ½ inch / 13mm drill bit when drilling a hole in the door . The ideal heigh t is 4.7ft - 5.2ft / 145cm - 160cm from the ground. If you currently hav e a peephole viewer installed, remo ve it and use the same hole for installation.
5 Installation Step 5: Connect the data cable attached to the Doo - rEye camera, t o the connector as shown. Be careful when connecting the data cable as the connection is fragile. Step 6: Use the provided wr ench to take o the front panel of the L CD monitor .
6 Operation There ar e three modes available f or the DoorEye Camera. Monitoring Mode A visitor presses the doorbell, the chime of the doorbell will be hear d inside. T wo seconds after , the image of the visitor will appear on the L CD screen and an image will be saved to the in ternal memor y .
