6 HOW TO USE CONTROLS • Heating indicator light lights up when boiler is heating. (Fig.3) • Power switch on control panel can control circuit for complete unit. (Fig.4) • When used for the first time, the appliance may give off smoke and an odour for several minutes.
7 HOW TO USE FILLING THE BOILER 1. Make sure the supply cord is unplugged from the main socket. 2. Unscrew the safety valve. (Fig.5) 3. Fill the boiler with water using refill cup. (Fig.6) 4. Screw up the safety valve fully. (Fig.7) 5. IMPORTANT: never unscrew the safety valve with the boiler under pressure.
8 5. Before each new ironing session we recommend cleaning iron unit as following methods: Take the iron up from the base unit, press steam release button underneath the handle to allow steam ON for 30 seconds, and then OFF for 30 seconds, this cycle should be repeated for 2 times.
