Allow to cook for a couple of minutes then use the spatula to carefully turn it over. Use the spatula again to fold the pancake and remove to a serving plate.
5 HOW TO USE Method 2 This method is great for making those wafer thin crepes! It take a little practice though. Pour the mixture into a suitable dinner plate. Dip the inverted crepe maker into the mixture for 2 to 3 seconds Lift out, hold for a second or two then turn over.
