REQUIREMENTS Failur e to meet requirements listed belo w could result in serious bodily harm. Ceiling Requirements • Install to a rigid ceiling (must have a framework above it). • Must have a maximum of 24" (610mm) between the trusses in the ceiling.
3-Post System BEFORE YOU BEGIN Read "Requirements" and “ Important Safeguards ” bef ore attempting to assemble the Easytr ack System. 1. Survey the room where you plan to install the Easytrack System. Make sure the room meets all the specifi- cations outlined in "Requirements".

3-Post System 5. T ake the pivot post out o f the box and th e post top for pivot post. Insert th e post top into the post until it sn aps into place (Figur e 9). 6. T ake top plate and clip-on level out of th e box. Place the clip-on level onto th e post at approxim ately waist hei ght (Figur e 10).
12. Once th e bubble is in the center o f the clip-on level, con tinue to tigh t- en ONL Y un til the red zon e at the top of th e post is no long er visible (Figur es 16-A & B). Red zone must not be visible for the post to be safely secured. o not ov er-tighten the post.
3-Post System b . Find the en d stopper from insi de the top o f the rail. Th e top por- tion is th e section without th e small tr olley in it (Figure 20). c. U sing the Allen k ey provid ed, loosen the stopper in th e upper portion o f the rail an d slide it out of th e rail (Figur e 21).
BEFORE USING THE EASYTRA CK SYSTEM GO THROUGH THE FOLLOWING CHECKLIST : ✓ Mak e sure the r ed zone on top of all posts ar e not visible . ✓ Mak e sure the posts ar e straigh t. (Did you use the clip-on level?) ✓ Mak e sure the r ail is locked into place (see step 15) an d that it looks level.
3-Post System NOTE – M etal pins cannot be pressed in wh en there is d ownward pressur e on them. Pressur e must be released to pr ess in pins. 14. Remove th e post from the f oot plate by stepping on both sid es with your feet and pulling th e post up.
Upon receipt o f your Easytrack System: 1. Make sur e you received all componen ts listed in Figure 6. 2. Inspect all parts for possible d amage in tr ansit. 3. Ensure all compon ents are in workin g order . 4. Arrang e for repair/r eplacement o f any faulty parts .
