Deep frying is not particularly suitable as the frypan has shallow sides and a greater surface area, which results in heat loss and the possible overflow of oil.

Serve bananas with hot chocolate sauce and whipped cream. 4. T o make the hot chocolate sauce, combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook, stirring, over a low heat, until melted.
