8 W OLF COOKT OP VENTILA TION HOOD USE & CARE VENTILA TION HOOD CONTROLS The ventilation hood is operated using the controls along the front edge of the hood. The LIGHT button turns the halogen lights o n and off. The L IGHT b utton also allows you to brighten or dim lighting.
9 W OLF COOKT OP VENTILA TION HOOD USE & CARE HEA T SENTR Y FEA TURE The heat sentry feature will help you maintain your cooking environment and allows your v entilation hood to sense when blower opera- tion is needed. The heat sentry feature is always in wait and is activated when the exhaust temperature f rom the hood reaches 206˚F (97˚C).
10 W OLF COOKT OP VENTILA TION HOOD USE & CARE HALOGEN LIGHTING The W olf 30" (762) wall hood requires two halogen bulbs (type T4, 12V , 20W). The W olf 36" (914) wall hood requires t hree halogen bulbs (type T4, 12V , 20W). The W olf 42" (1067) Island hood requires four halogen bulbs (type T4, 12V , 20W).
11 GENERAL CARE Most surfaces of your cooktop wall or island hood are stainless steel. Although resistant to m ost stains, it is not totally impervious to damage. Salt and some cooking liquids may pit and stain the surface. Always remove these s pills immediately .
