MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE Star Trac strongly recommends performing regular preventive maintenance on your INSTINCT ADJUST ABLE BENCHES . Without regularly scheduled maintenance , normal wear and tear may cause cumulative effects , such as misalignment or prema- ture wear , resulting in downtime .
ASSEMBL Y Align the three drilled holes in the foot (2) with the mating holes in the mounting bracket of the bench subassembly (1). Secure the foot to the bench subassembly using two screws (43), one screw (46) three washers (39) and two lock nuts (53).
ASSEMBL Y 1. Install the Front F oot Align the three drilled holes in the front foot (5) with the mating holes in the mounting bracket of the main frame (1). Secure the front foot to the main frame using two screws (27), one screw (30), one spring washer (36), five washers (33) and two lock nuts (32).
3. Install the Leg Cushions Slide the leg cushion shaft (5) through the guide hole in the main frame (1), centering the shaft in the frame. Secure the leg cushion shaft in the main frame using one screw (27). Install one plastic spacer (18), one leg cushion (15) and one plastic spacer (18) on the leg cushion shaft (5).
