Solvents will dull the finish, and contain components that may remove the epoxy- based powder from the frame.
3. Assemble the W eight Stack NO TE: T wo people are required to assemble the weight stack; one to hold the weight stack guide posts in position, and one to assemble the weight stack components onto the posts . Slide one weight stack support (61) onto each weight stack guide post (48).
ANCHORING IMPORT ANT : The INSTINCT INNER THIGH / OUTER THIGH must be secured to the floor to stabilize and eliminate rocking or tipping over . This must be performed by a licensed contractor . 5. Install the F oot P edals Slide the left and right pedals (6, 7) onto the pedal shafts (47). Insert the pins of the pedal link (16) into the link flanges on the left and right pedals (6, 7). Secure the pedal link to the left and right pedals using two lock nuts (82).
