- 9 - 2.3 Loading P aper Refer to chapter 4, “P aper ” (p. 19), t o select roll paper that conforms to the specica tions. 1. T urn on the printer . 2. Put y our nger on the switch for opening the co ver , and then open and raise the printer cov er .
- 10 - CA UTION When the paper is jammed, be sure to open the printer co ver before removing the j ammed paper . Do not under any circumstances try to pull out the jammed paper forcefully while the printer cov er is close d. Doing so may damage par ts of the printer .
- 11 - 2.4 Memor y Switch Settings Change the Memor y switch by f ollowing operations . (Refer to page 13 “Memor y Switch Setting T able”). 1. Pr ess and hold POWER for appro x. 3 seconds, and printer is turned on. 2. T o put the printer into Memory Switch Setting mode, press and hold both the POWER & FEED buttons for 3 sec onds.
