ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 5 Pla ce all parts from the box in a cleared area a nd position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all pa cking materials from your are a and pla ce the m ba ck into the box. Do not dispose of the pa cking materi als until a ssembly is completed.
SET UP INSTRUCTIONS Pla ce the INSTRIDE PRO stepper in the area where it will be used. It is re commended that the INSTRIDE PRO stepper be pla ced on a n equipment mat. The max. operation di mensions of INSTRIDE PRO ste pper is a pproxi mately 17 3/8" long x 1 1 3/4" tall x 12 3/8" wide.
USING THE RESIST ANCE TUBES OPERA TIONAL INSTRUCTIONS Buckle Buckle Ring Ring The INSTRIDE PRO include s two G REEN MEDIUM RESIST ANCE TUBES(32) , two BLUE HEA VY RESIST ANCE TUBES(33) , two FOOT STRAPS(34) a nd two ADJUST ABLE HAND G RIPS(35) . These re sista nce tubes add total body toning to your cardiova scular workout.
