ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 6 Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the oor in front of you. Remove all packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 7 Wire Ring 2. 1. STEP 1 Lay the trampoline on the oor . The trampoline will appear as shown in illustration 1. T o unfold the ST AMINA® Oval Jogger to the at position, hold the SEMICIRCLE RAILS(2) and push the rails down at the same time.

HINT : Install one hole over a threaded connector . The next hole installed should be on the connector on the opposite side of the trampoline.

Slide th e SENS OR D ETE CT O R( 23) o n the FL UTE D LEG (6 ) and slide up until the SENSOR DETECT OR(23) snaps into the ute.

17 W ARM-UP and COOL-DOWN W arm-Up The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise and to minimize injuries. W arm up for two to ve minutes before strength training or aerobic exercising. Perform activities that raise your heart rate and warm the working muscles.
