6 STEP 1: 1. Lay the tra mpoline on the floor a nd open the rails. The tra mpoline will look a s shown in illustration 1. ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS Pla ce all parts from the box in a cleared area a nd position them on the floor in front of you. Re move all pa cking materi als from your area a nd pla ce the m ba ck into the box.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 7 STEP 3: Slide the SAFETY P AD(6) over the rail fra me. M a ke sure the holes in SAFETY P AD(6) fit over the threa ded connectors properly . Refer to illustration 3. STEP 4: Refer to illustration 4. Screw the two FLUTED LEGS (28) onto the thre aded connectors on both sides of one of the thre a ded connectors. Screw the other four LEGS(7) onto the thre aded connectors on the rail fra me. STEP 5: Pla ce the tra mpoline in the normal use position.
9 Inspect the INT ONE JOGGER tra mpoline before e a ch use a nd repla ce any worn, defe ctive, or missing parts. The f ollowing conditions could repre sent potenti al hazards: CARE AND MAINTENANCE 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Missing, i mproperly positioned, or in se curely atta ched fra me padding.
STEP 1: U nscrew the LOCKING K NOBS(22). Remove the ADJUSTMENT K NOBS(21) a nd pull out the LEFT and RIGHT HAND RAILS(17, 18) from the HANDRAIL SUPPORTS(19). Push down the BUTTON PINS(15) to re move the LEFT an d RIGHT HAND RAILS(17, 18) from the T OP RAIL(14).
STEP 5: Refer to illustration Ste p 5. Set the position of the SECURE PIN(10) a s shown. Lift up the RAILS (1, 2), insert the SECURE PIN(10) into the RAIL(1), a nd hook the Wire Ring onto the pin from the bottom of the RAIL(1). STEP 6: Fold the tra mpoline again a s shown in illustration Step 6.

13 Re member always to check with your physici a n before starting a ny exercise progra m. Lower Body Stretch Pla ce feet shoulder-width a part and le an f orward. Keep this position f or 30 seconds using the body a s a natural weight to stretch the ba cks of the legs.
14 W ARM-UP AND COOL-DOW N W arm-Up The purpose of warming up is to pre pare your body for exercise a nd to minimize injurie s. W arm up for two to f ive minutes bef ore strength-training or aerobic exercising. Perf orm a ctivitie s that raise your heart rate a nd warm the working muscles.
