5 EQUIPMENT W AR NING & NOTICE LABELS This chart is provided to help identify the warning & notice labels on the AeroPilate s Performer 270. Plea se ta ke a moment to fa miliarize yoursel f with all of the warning & notice labels.
6 HAR D W ARE IDENTIFICA TION CHAR T This chart is provided to help identify the hardware used in the a ssembly process. Pla ce the wa shers or the ends of the bolts or screws on the circles to che ck for the correct di a meter . Use the small scale to check the length of the bolts a nd screws.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 7 STEP 1 Remove your AeroPilate s Performer 270 from its pa ckaging, pla cing the product on its side with the LOCKING PIN(26) side upward. Remove the LOCKING PIN(26) a nd unfold the MAIN FRAME ASSEMBL Y separating the hal f that ha s the atta ched LOCKING PIN(26).
STEP 4 Remove the pa per covering from the f oa m ta pe in side the FRONT COVER(3) a nd REAR COVER(4). Pla ce the FRONT COVER(3) over the FRONT FRAME(1).
9 ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS STEP 6 CAUTION: U nfold the CARDIO REBOUNDER by swinging up the CAR DIO REBOUNDER TOP FRAME(51). Insert the MOUNTING COVERS(57) into the spa ce between the BUNGEE CORD(53) a nd the CARDIO REBOUNDER TO P FRAME(51) at both sides, then se cure with the SECURING KNOBS(54), ROUND HEAD BOL TS(M8x1.
LOAD ADJUSTMENT There are two TENSION COR DS(10) a nd one heavier RED POWER CORD(1 1). The resista nce of the CARRIAGE(7) ca n be adjusted by securing the TENSION COR DS(10, 1 1) in the slots located on the FRONT FRAME(1). Y ou can achieve various levels of resista nce by securing different numbers of the TENSION COR DS(10, 1 1) in the slots.
11 MAINTENANCE The safety a nd integrity designed into the AeroPilate s Performer 270 ca n only be maintained when the AeroPilate s Performer 270 is regularly exa mined for da mage a nd wear . 12 CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise progra m depends on your physical condition. If you have been ina ctive for several years or are severely overwe ight, start slowly a nd increa se your workout ti me gradually . Increa se your workout intensity gra dually by monitoring your heart rate while you exercise.
13 W ARM-UP a nd COOL-DOW N W arm-Up The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise a nd to mini mize injuries. Warm up for two to f ive minutes bef ore strength training or aerobic exercising. Perf orm a ctivities that raise your heart rate a nd warm the working muscles.
