ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 7 FRONT REAR Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the oor in front of you. Remove all packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed.

For added saf ety , thre ad the SECUR ING KNOB (14) int o the righ t sid e of the MAIN SUPP ORT (3). NOTE: The pin of the ADJUSTMENT KNOB(13) must be inserted into one of the adjustment holes in the CUSHION POST(5).
