ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 7 Pla ce all parts from the box in a cleared area a nd position them on the floor in front of you. Re move all pa cking materials from your are a and pla ce the m ba ck into the box. Do not dispose of the pa cking materi als until a ssembly is completed.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 8 STEP 3 Atta ch the WOODEN BARRE(13) to the LEFT and RIGHT SLIDERS(8, 10) with BUTTON HEAD BOL TS (M8x1.25x55mm)(49), LOCK W ASHERS(M8)(62), a nd ACOR N NUTS(M8x1.25)(55). Do not tighten the bolts until STEP 5. STEP 4 Note the correct position of the holes a nd EYEBOL TS(23) on the TOP BEAM(22) in the illustration a bove.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 9 STEP 7 Refer to illustration step 7. Pla ce the MAIN FRAME(1) with the cushion side fa ce down. Atta ch the EXTENSION FRAME(5) to the MAIN FRAME(1) with BUTT ON HEAD BOL TS(M8x1.25x55mm)(48), W ASHERS(M8)(59), an d NYLOCK NUTS(M8x1.
OPERA TIONAL INSTRUCTIONS WOODEN BARRE ADJUSTMENT T o adjust the height of the WOODEN BARRE(13). T urn the SPRING PINS(12) on the LEFT a nd RIGHT SLIDERS (8, 10) counter clockwise until the knob portion ca n be pulled. Pull both SPRING PINS(12) at the sa me ti me a nd slide the SLIDERS(8, 10) up or down to a djust.
OPERA TIONAL INSTRUCTIONS 11 Atta ch the PUSH-THRU BAR(26) to one of the a djustment holes in the UPRIGHTS(7, 9) with two LOCKING PINS(30). Atta ch the SECURING STRAP(32) to the EYEBOL T(23) on the top of the T OP BEAM(22). For some exercises, the PUSH-THRU BAR(26) should be up a nd secured in position with the SECURING STRAP (32).
PUSH-THRU BAR(26) When doing exercises that require the spring re sista nce to come from above the bar , atta ch the PUSH- THRU SPRING(34) to the loop on the upper side of the PUSH-THRU BAR(26) with the DOUBLE ENDED CLIP(38). Atta ch the other end of the PUSH-THRU SPRING(34) to one of the loops on the TO P BEAM(22) with the LINK(31).
OPERA TIONAL INSTRUCTIONS SAFETY STRAP(37) Refer to the illustration. The SAFETY STRAP(37) must be used a s follows: When using the PUSH-THRU BAR(26) with the PUSH-THRU SPRING(34) atta ched from below f or bottom load exercise s, atta ch the SAFETY STRAP(37) to a nother side of the tower from the spring.
ST ORAGE 14 Store the Studio T ower in a cle a n, dry pla ce. 1. 3. UNFOLD THE Studio T ower Remove the LOCKING K NOBS(19) from the UPRIGHTS(7, 9). With one ha nd on one of the HANDLE STRAPS(20) on the MAIN CUSHION(2), a nd one hand on the EXTENSION FRAME(5), slowly unfold a nd lower the MAIN FRAME(1) and EXTENSION FRAME(5).
