STEP 4: Secure the U-SHAPED HAND RAIL(5) onto the LEFT a nd RIGHT UPRIGHTS(2, 3) with BUTTON HEAD BOL TS(6mm x 15mm)(40) a nd ARC W ASHERS(M6)(44).
