STEP 4: Atta ch the FOOTREST(13) onto the HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT BEAM(12) with the ADJUSTMENT K NOB(24). NOTE: STEP 5: Insert the HEEL HOLDER TUBE(17) through the hole on the HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT BEAM(12) a nd secure with BOL T(M6 x 47mm)(44), W ASHERS(M6)(50), and NYLOCK NUT(M6)(48).

For added safety , thread the SECURING K NOB(23) into the ba ck side of the MAIN FRAME(4).
