10 Connecting the Power Adapter to the Base Charging the Base Battery 1. Plug in the power adapter to the back of the base. 2. Plug the other end into an electrical outlet. Note: When new phones are deliver ed, the battery power is low. Therefore, char ge the phone for a while and then power on the phone the first time you use it.

12 Register a Handset When new devices ar e deliver ed, the handset should be r egister ed with the base. If the handset does not automatically r egister with the base, follow the instructions below to manually register it: 1. On the handset, pr ess > Settings > Pairing > Pair with Base .

14 Setting Up Y our Voicemail All unanswer ed calls ar e automatically transferred to your voicemail, ev en if your phone is in use or turned off.
