12 Y our Direct Connect Number Y our Sprint phone allows you two different options for your Direct Connect number : • Separate numbers – Y our Dir ect Connect number is a unique number (not y our wir eless number). It is made up of thr ee sets of digits separated by asterisks (for example, 444*5555*111).

14 Make a Direct Connect Call 1. Use y our ke ypad to enter a Dir ect Connect number . • The Direct Connect number ma y be the ten-digit wir eless phone number of the person you ar e calling.

When the person you ar e contacting r eceives your call alert, that person can accept and call you back.
16 Answer Direct Connect Calls When you receiv e a Dir ect Connect call, y ou hear an incoming tone or the phone vibr ates, depending on your settings. Y ou will see the Dir ect Connect number and the caller’s name (if av ailable) on y our scr een. Y ou ma y also hear the caller’s v oice thr ough the loudspeaker .
