Z100 / Z300 / Z500 / Z700 14 Getting started: Power the t readmill on by plugging it into a n approp riate wall outlet, then turn on the power switch loca ted at the fron t of the treadmill below the motor hood. Ensure tha t the safety key is insta lled, as the treadmill will not po wer on without it.
Z100 / Z300 / Z500 / Z700 15 Incline Feature: Incline ma y be adjusted anytime af ter belt movement. Press and hold the Adjust ▲ ▼ keys (console or hand rail) to a chieve desired level of effort. You may also choo se a more rapid increa se / decrease by selecting desired key, 2 t hrough 12, on left hand sid e of console (incline).
Z100 / Z300 / Z500 / Z700 16 Speakers: The console has a built-in Speake rs. You may Plug an Aud io Source (CD player, MP3, Computer,etc. ) into the Jack on the Left side of console. There is no volume control on con sole, volume must be contro lled by Audio Sou rce.
Z100 / Z300 / Z500 / Z700 17 STEP 5: The Speed window will now be b linking the preset top speed of the selected program. Use the Up/Down keys to adju st, then press enter . Each program has various speed changes through out, this a llows you to limit the highe st speed the pro gram can reach.
