POWER SOURC ES Batter y Power Operation 1. Open the battery com partm ent cover and ins ert two “ AA ” alkaline batteries (not included) into the battery compar tm ent. Follow the polarity as indicated in the battery compartm ent. 2. Close the battery com partm ent cover.
HEA DPHONE A ND HI-FI CO NNECTION Listening w ith the headphone s Connect the plug of the stereo headphones (included) into the PHON ES (GREEN) socket. A uction : Avoid excessive volume levels f or a long period of tim e when us ing headp hones as this m ay impair your hearing.
To Emphasize the Bass S ound Set the DBBS (BASS BOOST) switch to the ON pos ition. Note: The ba ss boost per form anc e will be dependent on the VOLUME control setting. Turning Pow er on a nd off This unit has no ON / OF F switch. To tur n ON and OFF , press the following buttons.
