I NSTALLATION M ARATHONER G OLD & S ILVER S TAR G AS C ONVECTION O VENS Step 2a: Installation of Legs on Single-Deck Ovens 1. Raise oven sufficiently to allow clearance for the legs to be at tached. Use of a lift truck or other mechanical lifting means is recommended.
M ARATHONER G OLD & S ILVER S TAR G AS C ONVECTION O VENS I NSTALLATION Step 2b: Installation of Legs on Double-Deck Ovens Double-deck oven can be shipped either already bolted together, or as two separate ovens to be bolted together after delivery.
I NSTALLATION M ARATHONER G OLD & S ILVER S TAR G AS C ONVECTION O VENS Step 3: Installation of Restrain t (Only for Ovens with Casters) NOTICE For an appliance equipp ed with casters, (1) the installation shall be mad e with a connector that complies with the Standard for Connectors for Movabl e Gas Appliances, ANSI Z21.
M ARATHONER G OLD & S ILVER S TAR G AS C ONVECTION O VENS I NSTALLATION 2. Install eye-bolt (item “F”) to a frame member on the rear of the equipment. After checking carefully behind the frame member for adequate cleara nce, drill a 1/4" hole through the frame member.
I NSTALLATION M ARATHONER G OLD & S ILVER S TAR G AS C ONVECTION O VENS 5. Lift the top oven and position it on top of t he lower oven, as shown in the drawing below. INSTALLATION 6. Move to the rear of the ovens and remove the si x screws shown as items “A” in the left-ha nd drawing below.

Insert two bolts (items “A” in the following di agram ) up through the top of the lower oven and scre w them into the threaded holes in the bottom of the t op oven. Tighten these bolts and the scre ws that you did not tightened in the previous step.
