Adjustment screws for t he Pilot Valves are sealed at the f actory af ter adj ustment t o provide a ½" (13 mm) flame. If adjustment is required, it shoul d be done by a factory author ized technician only , and the screws must be sealed af ter the adj ustment.
11. A DDITIONA L INSTRUCTIONS: (i) Keep the ar ea around the broiler f ree and clear of all com bustible material. (ii) Provision of adequate air supply to your broiler is essential. Provide for suff icient outside air to enter the br oiling area and assure t hat this air f low is not obstructed.
(i) Do not press t he juice out of the meat as that will dry the meat. (ii) Af ter Br oiling, allow the meat to sit covered on a heated plat ter f or 2-5 minut es befor e cutting. This will allow the juices to ‘sett le’ and the meat will be more m oist.
(vi) INNER PANELS: T hese are made of Aluminized steel. Use hot soapy w ater and soft nylon scrub pads to clean the surf aces. (vii) DRI P PAN: Drip Pan and t he Grease Drawer should be cleaned daily or mor e oft en if necessary. (B) FOR RA DIA NT MODE LS.
