10 Customizing Your Monitor You can mak e numerou s adjustmen ts to your moni tor usi ng the on-scre en menu. Navigating the menu Press the MENU b utton to disp lay the main menu on yo ur scr een. See page 11 for more information on usin g the MENU button.

14 Changing the gamma setting (GAMMA) You can associat e the picture’s col or shade on the screen with the picture’s orig inal color shade. 1 Press the MENU button. The main me nu appears on the screen. 2 Press the M / m buttons to select (GAMMA) and press the O K button.

If the monitor is connected to a computer or video graphics boar d that is DP MS (D ispla y Pow er Management Signaling) compliant, the moni tor wi ll aut omatical ly reduce power consumption as s hown below.

18 T roub le symptoms and remedies If a problem occurs as a result of a connected computer or ot her equipment, refer to the conne cted computer/equipment’s instruc tion manual. Use the self-diagnosis function (page 20) if the fo llowing recommendations do not resolve the problem.
