Connecting a Power Sou rce ' Using Battery Power Y o u can use a battery pack as a source of power . The PCGA-BPZ51 battery pack that comes with your computer is not fully char ged at the time of purc hase. Follow the steps below to insert and char ge the battery pack.

Connecting a Power Sou rce T o re move the batte ry pack Y ou can insert or remove the battery pack without turning off the computer when your computer is connected to the AC adapter . Before inserting or removing a battery pack, close the cover .

Using PC Card s ! 3 Insert the PC card into the PC car d slot, front label facing up. Gently push the card into the slot until the car d is fixed into the connector . The release button comes out. T o remove a PC card 1 Close any applications that use the PC card; otherwise, data may be lost.
