11 GB Getting Started 1: Installing speakers This r eceive r a llows you to use a 5.1 channe l speaker syst em. To fully enjo y theater-lik e multi ch annel surround sound re quires five speakers (two front speakers, a c enter speaker, and two surro und speak ers) and a sub woof er (5.
