7 Attach the safety rails (parts 11) to the platform (part 3). 2 3 10 11 12 17.
Fix the tilt plate (part 6) to the underside of the platform (part 3). 3 3 9 6 8.

11 6 Slide the pole ring (part 13) over the pole (part 2) and fix the pole assembly to the trolley base assembly. 1 13 2 2 1 13.
