Getting Starte d 9 High Speed Circuit Switc hed Data (HSCSD) HSCSD is an enchanced GSM networ k capability of fered by some network op erators. I t enables circuit switch ed data connections to run at a higher data speed, usi ng more t han one wireles s ‘timeslot’ for the data transmission.
