3 Note ab out th e discs Do not use the following d iscs: – A disc that has a non-standard shape (e.g., card, heart). – A disc with a label or sticker on it. Regio n code Your player has a region code printed on the back of the unit and only will play commercia l DVDs (playback only) l abelled with identical region codes .
4 Play back Control Menu displa y Use the Cont rol Menu to se lect a fun ction and to view re lated inf ormation. Pres s DISP LAY. To change the Contro l Menu dis play, press DISPLAY again.
5 Pare ntal Contro l (limi ted p laybac k) You can set a play back limit atio n level. 1 Sele ct “PL AYER t ,” then press ENTER. Enter or re-e nter your 4 -digit password , then press ENTER. 2 Press X / x to sel ect “STANDARD,” t hen press ENTER.
