You are advised to read all the instructions in this manual carefully; it will inform you about the right conditions for the proper, safe use of your washing machine. EN 6 2.2 POSITION ING AN D LEVELL ING 1. Place the appliance in the chosen position. 2. Level the app liance carefully in all directions with the a id o f a spirit level, adjusting the height of the feet if necessary. Once do ne, f ix the f eet in place with t he locknuts p ro- vided.
EN 7 2.3 CONNEC TING TO T HE WAT ER SUPP LY 1. Check that the water s upp ly pressure is in the follow ing range: 0,05-0,9MPa . W ith higher pressures, use a pressure reducer. 2. Connect the c old water supply hose ( blue scre w collar) to the c old water tap with ¾ gas t hreaded connector, taking care to tighten firmly to p revent leaks.

EN 9 4. USING THE A PPLIANCE FOR WASHING 4.1 PREPA RING THE ITEMS FOR WA SHING 1. Subdivide the items for washing by fabric type and colour fastness. 2. Wash white and c oloured items separately. New coloured items should be washed separately the first time.
EN 10 4.3 LOAD S OF WAS HING As far as p ossible, to save electricity, it is more ec onomical to w ash complete loads of the various t ypes of fabric . Sh ake out the washing before loading, and alternate large and small items. It i s best to weight the load the first few times, after which you will be able to rely on your experience.

EN 12 4.10 SWITC HING ON TH E APP LI A NCE A ND SELECTING TH E WASHING PROGRA MME To switch on the appliance and select the programme, proceed as follows: 1. Turn the programmes knob in either direction. This switches on the washing machine. 2. Select the washing programme.
EN 13 4.11 SELECT I NG A N D CONFIRM ING OPTI ONS 1. The Option Selection button can be used to select the following options in sequence (from the top down): Time to End : ke y can be pressed repeatedly t o select the time after which the washing programme will end.
EN 14 4.12 TIME T O END 1. To select options “time to end”,press the “Option selection” but ton, pressing repeatedly the “Confirm op- tion” button options you can sele ct when the wash cycle ends.
EN 15 4.14 INTE RRUPT ING OR CHA NGING THE WASH ING PROGRA MME The washing programme in progress can be interrupted at any moment: 1. Press the “Start/Pause” b utton for about 3 seconds: the display sh ows the word PAUS (for 1 second) al- ternating with the time remaining until the end of the cycle (for 1 second).
EN 16 4.17 OPENING THE A P PLIA NCE IN A N EMERGENCY In the event of a power failure, the d oor i s op ened using the mechanical release device activated by means of the lever in the bottom of the appliance: • Turn th e knob to Off and disconnect the power supply plug from the socket.
