E N 6 2.2 POSITION ING AN D LEVELL ING 1. Place the applian ce in t he chosen position. 2. Level the app l iance carefully in all d irections with the aid of a spirit level, adjusting the height of the feet if necessary. Once done, fix the feet in place with t he locknuts pro- vided.
E N 7 2.3 CONNEC TING TO T HE WAT ER SUPP LY 1. Check that the water supply pressure is in the following range: 0,05-0,9MPa . W ith higher pressures, use a pressure reducer. 2. Connect the cold water supply ho se ( blue screw c ollar) to t he cold water tap with ¾ gas threaded connector, taking care to tighten firmly to prevent leaks.
E N 8 • Do not connection/disconnect the power supply plug from the socket with wet hands • Onl y disconnect the power suppl y plug from th e socket by taking hold of the plu g itself, never b y pulling on the lead.
E N 9 4. USING THE A PPLI A NCE FOR WASHING 4.1 PREPA RING THE ITEMS FOR WA SHING 1. Subdivide the items for washing by fabric type and colour fastness. 2. Wash white and col o u red items separately. New c o loured items should be washed s e parately the first ti me.

Open the door and l o ad the laund ry , distributing i t evenly over the d r um , with items opened o ut and not bundled together; if possible, large and small items should be well mixed. 2. The washing m a c hine covered by this ma n u al can be loaded w ith up to 7 kg of laundry for each wash.

E N 12 4.10 SWITC HING ON TH E APP LI A NCE AND SELEC TING THE WASHING PRO GRA M ME To switch on the appliance and select the programme, proceed as follows: 1. Turn the programmes knob in either direction. This switches on the washer-dryer. 2. Select the washing programme.
E N 13 4.11 SELECT ING A ND CONFIRMING OPTI O NS 1. The Option Selection button can be used to select the following options in sequence (from the top down): Time to End : key can be p re ssed repeatedly to select the time after which the washin g programme will end.
E N 14 4.12 TIME T O END 1. To select options “time to end”,press the “Option selection” bu tton, pres sing repeatedly the “Confirm op- tion” button options you can select when the wash c yc l e ends.
E N 15 4.14 INTE RRUPTING OR CHA NGING THE WASH I NG PR OG RA MME The washing programme in progress can be interrupted at any moment: 1. press the “Start/Pause” button for about 3 seconds: the displ ay shows the w o rd PAUS (for 1 second) al- ternating with the time remaining until the end of the c yc l e (for 1 second).
E N 16 4.17 OPENING THE A P PL IANCE IN A N EMERG EN CY In the event of a power fai lure, th e door i s opened using the mechanical release device activated by means of the lever in the bottom of the appliance: • Turn th e knob to Off and d isconnect t he power supply plug from the socket.
E N 17 5. USING THE A PPLI A NCE FOR DRYING 5.1 GENERA L During drying cycles, the water tap must be turned on and the drain hose correctly positio ne d.
E N 18 5.2 WAS H-AND-DR Y PROGRAMME Automatic washin g and d ryin g can be carried out in the tough fab ri cs (cotton and colours) and synthetic/delicate fabrics programmes. If the wool wash programmes are selected, automatic drying after the w as h cannot be set.
