Instructions f or the User 25 STEAM BOILER FILLING LIGHT (RED) When this light is on, water is flo wing from the ta nk into the boiler in the bottom of the oven. This ma y occur in two cases: 1 during steam cooking (automatic oper ation); 2 dur ing manual drainag e of the water .

USING THE O VEN 8.1 Precautions and General Advice When the ov en and grill are used for the first time, th ey should be heated to the maxim um temperature f or long enough to b urn off any oily residues left b y the man u f acturing process, which might contaminate f oods with unpleasant smells.
Instructions f or the User 28 8.2.3 Emptying the tank When cooking is o ve r , if all the water has not b een used the tank m ust be emptied. T o do this, turn the steam regulato r knob to the MAX setting, remo v e the boiler lid “ A ”, press the b utton and wipe up the e xcess water “ C ” with a sponge.

Instructions f or the User 33 9.4.1 Cleaning the boi le r If limescale has f ormed inside the boiler , simply clean it as descr ibed below . P our half a glass of vi negar into th e boiler , wait a f ew min utes , rub the boiler with a steel woo l pad and soak up the liquid with a spon ge.

This nameplate m us t never be remo ved. The appliance must be connected to earth in comp liance wit h electric al system safety regulations .
