Installation instructions 2. Installation and hook-up Remove th e polystyrene basket retainer s. Position the appl iance in the desired place of insta llation. The back or sides of t he dishw asher may be placed u p again st walls or other f urniture unit s.
Installation instructions CONNECTING TO THE WATER SUPPLY Connect th e intake hose t o a cold w ater supply w ith ¾” gas threa d, inserting the filter A supp lied with the dishwash er. Ta ke care to screw the hose firmly into place with y our hands and then c omplete by tightening about ¼ of a turn with pliers.
User instructions 3. Operating instructions Once the di shwasher ha s been correctly insta lled, prepare for use as follows: • Adjust the w ater softening system; • Add the regenera ting salt; • Add the rinse a id and deter gent.
User instructions • Do not use table salt as it contains i nsoluble substances whic h, over time, m ay damage the w ater softenin g system. • When neces sary, refill the r egenerating salt conta iner before starting the washi ng program .
User instructions ADDING THE RINSE AID The rinse aid helps the dishes dry faster and prevents the formatio n of scale deposits and staining; it is automat ically added to the water during the fin al rinse cyc le, from the cont ainer situated on t he inner si de of the door .
User instructions ADDING THE DETERGENT To open the de tergent disp enser cap, lightly press the button P . Add the detergent and close the cap carefully.
