AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a A ccessin g the pr oduct Access from the Internet Once connected, the Axis product is accessible on your local net work (LAN). To access the product from the Internet you m ust con fi gure your network router to allow incoming data traf fi c to the product.
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a A ccessin g the pr oduct Con fi gure capt ure mode Capture mode de fi nes how image data is taken from the image sensor in regard to resolution and frame rate, prioritizing either one or the other. Capture mode is set the fi rst time the p roduct is a ccessed.

Zoom bar – Use the arrows to zoom in and out, or click on a position on the bar to zoom to that position.

AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Video and A udio Video and Audio The vide o and audio settings can be use d to optimize video and a udio quality. You can con fi gure the following: • Video strea m settings. See page 16 . •S t r e a m p r o fi les .
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Video and A udio Image You can modify the image resolution and com pression, and rotate the image from the Ima ge tab ( Video & Audio > Video Stream ).
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Video and A udio Capture mode C a p t u r em o d ed e fi nes how image data i s taken from the ima ge senso r in regards to resolution and frame rate, prioritizing either one or the other. The capture mode is set the fi rst time the camera is accessed.
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Video and A udio • Auto to set the shutter speed automatically. If required, use Max shutter to limit the shutter speed to prevent the frame rate from being reduced. For example, to get 30 fps, set Max shutter to 1/30.
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Video and A udio 2. Click Add . 3. The new view area appears under Selected view area . Enter a descriptive name in the Name fi el d. 4. Select an Aspect ratio and a Video stream resolution . 5. A new view area covers the whole image.
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Video and A udio 3. On the Basic tab, set the zoom level using the slider. The buttons < and > move the zoom position one step in either direction. The buttons << and >> mo ve the zoom position in multiple steps in either direction.
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Video and A udio Audio Input An external microphone or a line s ource can be connected to the product’s Audio-in connector. Con fi gure the audio input settings under Video & Audio > Audio Settings .

AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a PTZ (P an Tilt Zoom) PTZ (Pan Tilt Zoom ) The PTZ menu is available if digital PTZ (pan, tilt and zoom) is enabled in at least one vie w area . For more information on view areas, see View Areas, on page 19 .
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a PTZ (P an Tilt Zoom) Guard Tour A guard tour displays the video stream from dif ferent preset posi tions, one-by-one , in a predetermi ned order or at random and for con fi gurable tim e periods. The enabled guard tour will keep running after the user has logge d off or closed the browser.
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Detector s Detectors Camera Tampering Camera Tampering can generate an al arm whenever the came ra is repositioned, or when the lens is covered, sp rayed or severely defocused. To send an alarm, for example an email, an action rule must be set up.
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Detector s Set up motion detection To set up a motion detection Include Window, follow these instructions: 1. Go to Detectors > Motion Detection . 2. Select a des ire d resolution for viewing while setting up Motion Detection from the View in list.
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Detector s Low level (0%) Even very small objects trigger motion detection. An object that appears in the window triggers motion detection only for a very short time before it is considered as non-moving. Only very bright objects on a dark background trigger motion detection.

For more information, go to www.axis.com/applications To upload an applicat ion, go to Applications > Packages , click Browse to locate the fi le and then click Upload Package .
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Ev e n ts Events The A xis p roduct can be con fi gured to perform actions when di ffe rent events occur, for example, star t a recording whe n m otion i s detected. The set of conditions that de fi nes how and when the action is triggered is called an Action Rule .
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Ev e n ts For more information, s ee the online help . Recipients Recipients receive image fi les and noti fi cation messages. A recipient can be an FTP, HTTP or TCP server, a network share or an e mail address.

AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a System Options System Options Security Users User access control is enabled by default and can be con fi gured under System Options > Security > Users . An administrator can set up other users by giving them user names and passwords.
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a System Options IEEE 802.1X IEEE 802.1X is a standard for port-based Network Admission Control p roviding secure authentication of wired and wireless network devices. IEEE 802.1X is based on E AP (Extensible Authentication Protocol).
AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a System Options To change the date and time settings, select the preferred Time mode under New Server Time : • Synchronize with computer time sets date and time according to the computer’s clock. With this option, date and time are set once and will not be updated automatically.

AXIS P3367–V F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a System Options Link-Local IPv4 Address Link-Local Address is enabled by default and assigns the Axis product an additional IP address which can be used to access the product from other hosts on the same segment on the loca l network.

Network Share Network share allows you to add network sto rage such as a N AS (Network Attached Storage) or any server that uses CIFS (Common Internet File System) and use them for storage of recordings.

Caution Improper use may cause unexpected behavior a nd loss of contact with the Axis product. Axis strongly recommends that you do not use this function unless y ou understand the consequences.
