[ Package Contents ] 6 Package Contents The following items are included with your purchase of the SUBX1 SIRIUS Plug and Play Boombox. Unpack the kit carefully and make sure that everything shown is present. If anything is missing or damaged, or if the Boombox fails to operate properly, notify your dealer immedi- ately.

[ Installation ] 8 Installation Docking the SIRIUS Receiver If your receiver is a SIRIUS Plug and Play series ST or SV, you will need to install the Docking Adapter provided with the kit. Refer to Figure 1 and install the adapter into the front of the Boombox, positioning it behind the docking connector and against the backrest.
[ Installation ] 9 Installing the Indoor/Outdoor Antenna for Indoor Use When using the boombox indoors read this entire section before installing the indoor/outdoor antenna. To ensure consistent reception of the SIRIUS signal indoors, it is important that the antenna be oriented correctly.

[ Installation ] 1 2 Connecting the AC Power Adapter Connect the AC Power Adapter to the DC5V connector at the rear of the Boombox (Figure 1). Connect the AC power cord to the AC Power Adapter and plug it into an AC outlet.
[ Operation ] 1 3 Operation Once the Boombox has been installed according to the installation directions, power on the Boombox by pressing the Power On/Off button on the front panel. The light on the front panel of the Boombox should light green to indicate the power is on.
