11 SEAS 60 A1 GB IE Knife wit h a smooth edg e NOTE For sharpening a knife, alw ays use both openings for grinding the knife 1 : In the right grinding opening y ou hold the blade tilted to the right, in the left grinding opening you hold the blade tilted slightly to the left.
12 SEAS 60 A1 GB IE Scissor edge Open the scissors out and, with your right hand, dr aw the fi rst 1) blade of the scissors, from the grip to the blade tip, thr ough the grinder opening 3 and tow ards yourself (see fold-out page). Proceed the same w ay with the other blade of the scissors.
