9 One dis play w indow w ith on e ticker bar on the bottom/ top (2) Click the down ar row key below the Aspect ratio to select a suitable display layout. 3. Add files to the playlist (1) Add medi a files to the list A playlist may include A/V-in (Aud io/Vid eo Inp ut) sequen ce.
10 (3) When the files are added successful ly, the files will show under the “Recent items” section and th e below “Media” section. (4) Repeat the steps to add mo re files to the playlist. Select the file in the Media window, and click Remove button , you can remove the file s from playlist easily.
11 4. Export your playlist After completing your playlist, choos e a way to export yo ur playlist, via Network or via USB. (1) Export playlist via N e twork If you choos e to use to export t he file via Net work, click Scan button to sear ch for all the pl ayers on t he internet.
12 More than one player can be synchr onized at once. Hold the “control” key on your keyboa rd to select multiple pl ayers. After the player is selected, click Export to export the files to the player. Y ou can go back to ch ange your display cont ent whenever you want, just click Back to schedule to continue ed iting the playlist.
13 (2) Export playlist via US B If you prefer to up date contents without a network, you can export contents to a USB drive and plug it into the player ’ s USB port for synchronization. 5. Looping / W eekly schedule/ display interv al setup (1) Loop ing mode plays several files in a specified order repeatedly .
14 (2) W eekly Schedule mode provides fine r control over your pla ylists, and lets you specify several dif ferent Lo oping mode playlists to be played at dif ferent times of the day and week.
15 Click Add- > Add to create a playback time slot. Or click Add- > Screen off to set a video-off slot. After compl eting the sett ings, you can save your sche dule setting by clicking File ‐ > Save 1.
16 (3) Change di splay interval A playlist can consist of a s equence of images, vi deos, or PowerPoi nt slideshows which are pl ayed repeatedly in the specified order and durations. To change durati on, select me dia f ile in playlist and click Option button, enter the interval seconds in the “Duration” space, and click OK to save the change.
17 6. Use SmartW idgets tool for dy namic content display If your player has int ernet conn ection and supports HTML5, you can schedule dynamic contents by using SmartW idgets.
18 Click A/V input icon to add A/V media files to the playlist. Click Cloc k / Calendar ic on, and it will show time / date in this display s ection. Click W eather i con, and it will sho w the temperature in the assigned in this display section.
19 7. Add a ticker Users can follow the steps to ad d a ticker bar to the display . (1) Select a display layout with a ticker . (2) Save the content in ticker in a text f ile. (3) Select the ticker window , the selected section will be marked as color yellow .
