1 PRINT 9 CONTENTS INDEX Printing Multiple P a g es on One P age This f eature allows y ou to r educe and print two or f our document pages on a single sheet of paper. T o use this function, open the printer driver setup screen and select "2-Up" or "4-Up" f or "N -Up Printing" on the "Main" tab.

1 PRINT 11 CONTENTS INDEX T w o-sided Printing This f eature allows y ou to pr int on both sides of the paper . T o use this function, open th e printer driver setup screen and select "2-S ided (Book)" or "2-Sided (T ablet)" from "Document Style" in the "Main" tab.
1 PRINT 12 CONTENTS INDEX Rotating the Print Ima g e 180 Degrees The print image can be rotated 180 degrees. This f eature is used to enable correct printi ng on env elopes and other pa per with flaps that can only be loaded in one orientation.

1 PRINT 14 CONTENTS INDEX Outline of the Print Status Windo w When printing begins, the Print St atus Windo w automatically opens. The Print Status Window is a utility that monitors the machine and shows the name of the document being printed and any error messages that occur .
