7 9. Assemble the front panel over the opposite end of the car t using f our 1/4" x 3/4" hex bolts and 1/4" nylock nuts as shown in gure 4.

T o pre vent accidental tipping during the follo wing assemb ly procedu res, lo wer the cart to rest upside down on its top anges, so that the wheel suppor t is facing up . See gure 9. 16. Lay the dra wbar tongue onto the Wheel Suppor t and the Latch Stand Brac ket.

10 29. Assemble the hitch plate to the tractor hitch if: a. Y our tractor has a square (straight) hitch frame , to help pre vent binding. b . Y our tractor has a lightweight hitch fr ame that needs reinf orcement for towing. Use a 1/2" x 1-1/2" hex bolt, a 7/16" at washer and a 1/2" lock n ut.
11 2. Slide two of the low er suppor t rods through the center loops located in the top of the car t co ver as shown in gure 20. 3. Slide the last lower suppor t rod through outer edge of the car t cover . The bend in the rod must f ace in the direction shown in gure 21.

Ser vice the engine with oil and gas as instr ucted in the separate engine manual. • Inspect the V ac System to make sure all covers (rear door , vinyl boot, elbow , hose adapter , hose and deck adapter are properly attached.
17 HO W T O ST ART Y OUR V A C SYSTEM • Check oil and gas in V ac engine. • Attach spark plug wire to spar k plug. • Mov e choke le ver on engine to CHOKE position. (A warm engine may not require choking.) • Mov e throttle control lev er on engine to F AST position.
