3 D. LED DISPLA Y LED Indicators: The battery charger has three LED light s. They indicate different functions. RED LED – A steady glow indicates POWER ON and proper connection to the battery . A flashing red LED usually indicates that the battery is NOT connected correctly and the connections need to be checked.
4 MANUAL VS. AUTOMA TIC CHARGING In the AUTOMA TIC positions, the charger will only turn ON when it is connected to a battery with a voltage over .7 volts. In the MANUAL position, the charger will turn ON under any condition. If a battery is so depleted of charge that its volt age is less than .
