8 HOW T O SET THE CLOCK • The time shown on the appliance’ s clock has been preset to standard time. •S et the clock according to the following procedure if the time becomes incorrect due to room temperature or other reason. • The clock cannot be set while the timer is being used for cooking or warming.
9 HOW T O COOK RICE •M easure the rice using measuring cup provided. 1 cup equals 180 ml. • The Inner Pot can be used to wash rice. Accurately measure the rice, then wash it. 1 2 3 Add the correct amount of water and place the Inner Pot into main unit.
10 HOW T O COOK RICE •Y ou cannot select a menu or cook rice until the power supply plug is plugged into the outlet. •Y ou cannot select a menu or cook rice while the KEEP W ARM lamp is on or flashing. Press KEEP WARM/OFF button to cancel KEEP WARM mode.
