Press fit 2 large wooden dowels i nto large holes in l eft and right panels as shown. Left side panel Right s ide panel Inse rt cams into large holes in l eft and right sides as shown . Make sure arrows on the cams point towards the corres ponding cam holes alon g the edges of the panel s. Press f it small wooden dowels into left and right sides a s shown a bove.
Bac k Bas e Screw 4 c onnector rod s into holes in the base as indicated ab ove. Insert 2 cams into large holes in the base as s hown above. Scre w 4 conne ctor rods into holes indicated in back panel.
Assi st ance m ay be ne eded f or thi s ste p. Left side panel Right s ide panel Press fit the sides a nd back assembly ont o the ba se a s shown. Tur n the ca ms c lockwise to tighte n. Press fit the sides t o the ba ck as s hown abov e. Turn the cams clockwise to ti ghten.
D C Hold the lon g rail i n between the sides as il lust rated. Inse rt the black barrel nuts into the holes in the long rail. En sur e the h ol es i n the si des ar e a l ig ned wi th the ho l es in th e lo ng r ai l. Fast en the sides to the long rail as shown.
Thi n si de Adju st ing scre w x 4 Press fit the front panels to the sides and b ase as shown. Turn the cams clockwise to tighten. Slide thin sides down slo ts in fr ont panels an d back , e nsurin g silver surfaces face out.
A Once the brac ket is a djusted in the sides, fasten it to t he long rai l using t he screws shown above. It is i mportant that you hold the l ong rail a gainst the steel bracket as you ti ghten the screws. x5 Fit the l ong ste el bracke t into the reba te in t he long rail a nd in the grooves in the sides as shown above.
Bump-on(self adhesive) Fron t edge When placi ng the glass top on t he uni t, pay atten tion t o the following tips: * Ens ure p ainted side is fac ing down. * Bac k edg e of the gla ss top must be flu sh w ith t he back panel. * Gl ass top's ov erhang at the le ft side mus t matc h that of th e right side.
A x6 Fasten the angle brackets to t he back as shown above. Note - the angle b rackets are ess ential for the s tren gth of the stand. x4 Then rais e the left s ide of the glass up and insert the r emaining of the shelf pins int o the left side and back.
