6 5 6 7 8 9 ST/MO/SP (Stereo/Mono/Speaker) Switch the switch to SP (spea ker) position, while you listen to the radio progra m via spea ker . Ma ke sure to plug the supplied wire a ntenna or the earphones to get best FM reception.

8 11 12 13 My Favorites Lock Switch The lock switch prevents a ccidental cha nging of a ny of the radio settings. Slide the lock switch to the up ‘locked’ position, the symbol will a ppear in the display . The power a nd all other button s will be disabled.
9 Battery Installation Turn radio off. Prepare repla c ement batteries to en sure a quick a n d ea sy cha nge. Failure to cha nge batteries within 1 minute will reset presets a nd clock settings. The battery cover is located on the ba ck of the unit. Apply a gentle downward pre ssure a nd slide the door to the right side of the unit.
10 Manual Step Tuning Turn radio on using the On/Off button located on the top of the radio. Select desired ba nd by pressing the “Band” selector on the front of the unit. Press the desired tuning button (Up/Down) repeatedly until desired frequency is found.
11 Setting Memory Turn radio on using the On/Off button located on the top of the radio. Select desired ba nd by pre ssing the “Ba nd” selector on the front of the unit. T une to desired station using either M a nual Step T uning or Sca n T uning option s.
