10 OPERATING YOUR APPLI ANCE ? Co ntrol Panel TEMPERATURE CONTROL KNOB Turn the knob clockwise to select the desired temperature up to 250 ° C/480 ° F. To switch off the heating elements of oven turn the temperature control to the “0” setting position.
