9 Electrical Connection This freezer should be properly groun ded for your safety. The power cord of this freezer is equipped with a three-prong pl ug which mates with standard three p rong wall outlets to minimize the pos sibility of electrical shock.
10 The Fast Freeze Swi tch (Amber) • The light glows while the Fast Freeze sw itch is in the ‘O N’ position. • The switch overrides the thermo stat and will make the compressor operate continuo usly, lowering the cabine t temperature still further than the ther mostat setting.
11 CARE AND MAINTENANCE Cleaning Your Freezer • Upon installation of your n ew appliance, it is recommended that it be cleane d thoroughly. • Turn the thermostat k nob to "OFF", unplug the fre ez er, remove the f ood and storage basket .
