In idle mode, p ress the Men u (left) soft key ( ), then press ( Calls ), and press ( Erase Logs ). 2. Use the navigation keys to high light the call lo g type tha t you wish to dele te, then press .
38 Section 3 Call T imers Use the Call T i mer sub menu to view various timers fo r calls made and r eceived fr om your phone. Y ou can also reset any of your call timers, with the exception of the Lifetime time r . Note: The Lifetim e tim er retains a log of all calls made since the purchase of your phone and ca nnot be reset.

Speaker mo de also lets you include other , nearby people in an a c tive call. Enter Speaker Mode ■ While you are in a call, press and hold the Speaker Phone key ( ).
42 Section 3 Roaming What is Roaming Y o u can r oam (travel outsid e your desi gnated cov erage area) with your phone to other digital networks. The roam ing ico n appears in the display when r oaming is active, and extra charges may apply when making or rec eiving a ca ll.

The Voice Dialin g command menu appears o n the disp lay , and the phone promp ts, “Say a command” followed by a single beep. 2. Say “Digit Dia l.” The command Digit Dial app ears in the disp lay and the phone prompts, “Nu mber please” fol lo wed by a beep.
Section 3: Call Functions 47 Voice Dialing Section 3 Name Dial Name Dial lets you dial any person in your Contacts list by saying that person’s na me. Name Dial automatically voice activates ev ery contact in your Contacts list without the need to recor d or “train” names befor e using them.
