THINGS TO KNOW Your Thermometer: The Sp itfire 180 and the 3 30 are fitted out with a thermo meter. I nspect the t hermometer to ensure no small white bits of plast ic are around the edge, left over from the protective pl astic used in the manufacturin g process.
PROPANE FUEL SUPPLY • Propane B ottle: As s hipped, the Sp itfiure 330 is not set up to take hi gh p ressure propane from a d isposabl e bo ttle b ut wit h the correct regulator and fittings you will b e able to use the d isposab le bottles.
OPERATION When the b urner is lit the co ntro l setting may be selec ted. W ith the lid closed t he Spitfire will quickly reach coo king temperature s (5 minutes). WITH THE CONTRO L VALVES A T HIGH AND THE LID CLO SED FOR EXTEND ED PERIODS DAMAGE MAY BE CAUSED TO THE SPITFIRE.
